Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tire service to our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires strong customer service skills and the ability to perform various vehicle maintenance tasks.
Duties:
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs
- Conduct tire inspections and recommend appropriate solutions
- Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify tire-related issues
- Align and balance tires for optimal performance
- Maintain accurate records of tire services performed
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
- Assist with sales of tires and related products
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar automotive service role
- Proficient in using hand tools and automotive diagnostics equipment
- Strong knowledge of tire maintenance and repair techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
